Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional (GM Level) to lead and drive sales for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects in the Karnal region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solar project sales, business development, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales strategy and business development for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
- Identify and acquire new clients (industrial, commercial, and institutional).
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Coordinate with technical and execution teams for project delivery.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability.
- Build and mentor a regional sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales.
- Proven track record in closing large-scale solar projects.
- Strong network and knowledge of Haryana/North India market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
