General Manager (Sales) Residential Real Estate

Location: Gurgaon (Dwarka Expressway)

Role Overview:


We are hiring a General Manager Sales to lead end-to-end sales for a premium residential project in Gurgaon. This role will be responsible for revenue delivery, channel strategy, team leadership, and overall sales performance across high-value inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue & Business Ownership:


- Own complete sales P&L and revenue targets for the project.

- Drive inventory movement and booking value across phases.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Channel Partner Strategy:


- Build and scale a strong channel partner (CP) / broker ecosystem.

- Design and execute CP activation, engagement, and incentive strategies.

- Drive majority business through channel-led closures.

Sales Leadership:


- Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers, Channel Managers, and Executives.

- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and drive productivity.

- Coach and mentor team for high-value deal closures.

Project Launch & Strategy:


- Lead pre-launch, launch, and post-launch sales strategy.

- Define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.

- Work closely with marketing on campaigns and lead generation.

High-Ticket Sales:


- Handle HNI / UHNI clients and strategic deals.

- Support team in closing large-ticket transactions.

- Maintain relationships with key brokers and partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:


- Work with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and Legal teams.

- Ensure seamless customer journey and collections process.

- Optimize sales funnel and conversions.

Candidate Profile:


- 10-18 years in residential real estate sales.

- Current role as GM / AVP / DGM Sales.

- Experience in luxury / premium residential projects.

- Handled 200-500 Cr+ inventory or revenue.

- Strong channel partner network in NCR.

- Experience in project launches and go-to-market strategy.

- Ability to lead and scale large sales teams.
