About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven GM / AGM - Sales to lead and manage end-to-end sales and business development across high-revenue clients and high-value deals PAN India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, developing key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team across diverse sectors including Corporate, Education, Healthcare, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Drive achievement of annual sales targets across multiple verticals and regions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.
- Retain and grow business from existing key clients while expanding into new sectors and geographies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor service offerings.
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction indices.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Lead bid management and RFP processes from planning to closure.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Conduct market mapping and define expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, events, and trade shows.
Budget & Revenue Management:
- Manage the sales budget and resource allocation.
- Identify cost efficiencies while maximizing revenue.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to exceed goals.
- Set and track sales KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, culinary, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate / MBA / PGDBM in Sales & Marketing
- 10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development
- Preferred industries: Food Services, Catering, Hospitality, Facilities
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Analytical mindset with a focus on results and performance metrics
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and key accounts
