Job Title: General Manager Sales & Marketing

Client: A 35-year-old reputed real estate firm with a proven track record of delivering multiple residential high-rise projects across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
Role Summary:
The General Manager Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales and marketing for an upcoming luxury residential project comprising over 500 units of 3 & 4 BHK apartments. The role demands a strategic leader who can drive sales growth, build brand visibility, manage channel partners, and lead high-performance sales teams in the NoidaGhaziabad real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth:
- Own and drive sales strategy for the upcoming luxury residential project.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by leading from the front.
- Identify and onboard large institutions, corporate buyers, and HNIs for bulk and premium deals.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to maximize conversion and sales velocity.
- Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.
Channel Partner & Relationship Management:
- Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants active in the region.
- Ensure consistent engagement, motivation, and performance of channel partners.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction throughout the buyer lifecycle.
Marketing & Brand Building:
- Plan and execute brand-building initiatives including project presentations, local digital campaigns, roadshows, and on-ground activations.
- Drive local-level social media and digital marketing initiatives in coordination with agencies.
- Ensure strong project positioning and visibility in the target market.
Corporate Communication:
- Manage internal and external corporate communication.
- Coordinate press releases, media coverage, and publication of technical or thought-leadership articles.
- Interface with advertising, PR, and creative agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
- Align cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
- Build a performance-driven, accountable, and customer-centric culture.
Candidate Profile / Pedigree:
- 15+ years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing.
- Strong exposure to Noida and Ghaziabad residential markets.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales strategies for large real estate projects.
- Hands-on experience in direct sales as well as channel partner management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Background:
- Extensive experience handling premium or luxury residential projects.
- Strong local market knowledge and network with brokers, institutions, and HNIs.
