Job Purpose:
- To lead and grow the hospitality verticals of the organization
- Making the P&L, Beverage cost and menu designing for the restaurants, and coordinate with Wine tour executive to manage Wine Tours by delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, strengthening brand recall, and ensuring operational excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth (Winery, Restaurant & Tours):
- Drive revenue generation through innovative sales initiatives, packages, and guest experiences.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Implement strategies to increase average spending per guest and over all profitability.
Branding & Promotion (Strengthen Brand Recall & Visitor Experience):
- Build and maintain a strong brand presence through consistent marketing, storytelling, and guest engagement.
- Coordinate branding activities such as wine-tasting events, food festivals, and experiential tours.
- Oversee online presence, guest reviews, and digital marketing to enhance visibility and reputation.
Channel Management (Retail, Restaurant, Distributor & Online)
- Manage multiple business channels ensuring seamless coordination across retail, restaurant, distributors, and online platforms.
- Maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and distributors to optimize reach and efficiency.
- Ensure service consistency and brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation or PG in Hospitality Management/Hotel Management
- 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- WSET certification (preferred)
- Proven track record in driving guest satisfaction, branding, and revenue growth. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
