Key Responsibilities:

- Lead strategy, planning, and execution of client's social development programs aligned with SDGs.

- Drive budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation while ensuring financial accountability.

- Oversee MIS, reporting, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage legal, audit, statutory, social, and financial compliance across all programs.

- Build and strengthen relationships with government bodies, NGOs, Trusts, Foundations, CSR partners, and community stakeholders.

- Establish robust monitoring and evaluation systems using SROI (Social Return on Investment), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and SDG frameworks (Sustainable Development Goals).

- Leverage technology and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and program impact.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing, mission-driven teams.

Key Requirements:

- B. Com. (Mandatory) + LLB/M. Com./MBA (Finance)/CA.

- 35 years of experience in NGOs, Trusts, or Foundations only.

- Strong knowledge of finance, legal compliance, budgeting, and operations management.

- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder social development programs.

- Understanding of SROI (Social Return on Investment), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), and SDG frameworks (Sustainable Development Goals), and impact measurement frameworks.

- Strong MIS, reporting, and presentation skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- A dynamic and mission-driven professional with strong expertise in operations, finance, legal compliance, and social development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading NGO or Foundation operations, managing cross-functional teams, and driving measurable social impact through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and strong governance practices.

- Language proficiency in Gujarati is mandatory.

Required Qualification:

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.).

- Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.).
