- Business & Strategy - Drive revenue growth by implementing competitive strategies aligned with profitability goals.
- Prepare and monitor annual business plans, budgets, and performance reviews. Build strategic partnerships with hotels, venues, vendors, and corporate clients.

- Own and expand key client relationships; drive new client acquisition across geographies. Provide support to sales teams across locations to ensure MICE revenue goals are met.
- Work closely with decision-makers to ensure high client satisfaction and long-term retention. Event Leadership.
- Oversee the execution of end-to-end MICE events-budgeting, planning, execution & post-event review.
- Manage centralized MICE and leisure operations, mentor regional teams, and improve efficiency. Ensure every event is delivered on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.
- Market Insight & Collaboration. Analyze trends and competitor activity to adapt to market shifts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and operational alignment.
- Experience: 10-15 years in MICE, with 5+ years in a leadership role. Industry Background: Travel Management Company (TMC) or Corporate/Event Management firm.
Education: Bachelor's in Hospitality, Business, or Tourism; MBA preferred. Skills:. Strategic & Financial Acumen.
