Role Overview :
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive high-quality lead generation aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns (TV, Radio, Print, Outdoor) across regions.
- Design and implement BTL campaigns for on-ground engagement.
- Oversee SEO, SMO, and digital content strategy.
- Manage brand reputation across social and review platforms.
- Ensure consistency and quality of all branding and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with and manage creative, digital, and PR agencies.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition.
- Track KPIs, optimize performance, and report marketing ROI to leadership.
Candidate Profile :
- 10-15 years of hands-on experience in core marketing roles.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and ATL/BTL campaigns.
- Proven track record in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to brand aesthetics.
