General Manager of Maintenance and Projects (BOPP)

Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of plant maintenance, facilities, and capital projects. This includes developing and implementing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, leading teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

- Oversee capital projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

- Manage and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.

- Identify and implement strategies to improve maintenance processes and reduce costs.

- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including management, operations, and engineering teams.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE with extensive Experience of 20+ years in similar role within a BOPP Industry.

2. A strong understanding of maintenance principles, practices, and technologies is necessary.

3. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for leading and motivating a team.

4. Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.

5. Experience in planning, scheduling, and executing projects.

6. Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and control costs.

7. Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
