Key Responsibility Area:

Enterprise Litigation & Risk Management

- Lead and oversee litigation and dispute resolution strategy to minimize legal and financial exposure across the organization.

Contracting & Commercial Risk Governance

- Drive contract strategy and lifecycle management to protect business interests and ensure commercial risk control.

Regulatory, Compliance & Licensing Governance

- Ensure enterprise-wide statutory, telecom, ISP, and regulatory compliance including licensing, reporting, and regulatory interface.

Corporate Transactions & Strategic Expansion Support

- Support Legal Counsel in M&A, investments, corporate structuring, and domestic/cross-border expansion initiatives.

Strategic Legal Advisory to Business Leadership

- Provide proactive legal counsel to business and functional heads, enabling compliant and growth-oriented decision making.

Legal Function Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment

- Act as second-in-command to Legal Counsel, driving cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and operational leadership of the legal function
