Our client is a leading manufacturing and white goods company with a strong presence across India, including PAN-India manufacturing plants, sales operations, and branch offices.
Position: GM Learning & Development / Training & Development
We are hiring a GM Learning & Development / Training & Development who will be responsible for building, developing, and sustaining the capability of the sales workforce across PAN India, aligned with the organizations long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust PAN-India L&D strategy for the sales organization.
- Lead capability building and capability development initiatives across roles and levels.
- Drive structured sales training programs including onboarding, product training, sales effectiveness, and leadership development.
- Develop and execute talent management programs, including high-potential identification and development.
- Own and drive succession planning frameworks for critical sales and leadership roles.
- Partner with Sales, HRBP's, and Business Leadership to identify capability gaps and future skill requirements.
- Establish learning roadmaps aligned with business objectives and performance outcomes.
- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and impact on sales performance.
- Build, mentor, and manage a national team of trainers and external training partners.
- Promote a continuous learning culture through blended learning, digital platforms, and field coaching.
