Role Overview:
The Group is seeking a seasoned talent acquisition leader to head Leadership & Strategic Hiring across multiple businesses. The role will be responsible for building a strong leadership pipeline, driving CXO and senior management hiring, and partnering with business CEOs to attract high-impact talent aligned with the Groups growth agenda.
This is a high-visibility role requiring deep expertise in executive search, stakeholder management, and strategic workforce planning across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & CXO Hiring:
- Lead end-to-end hiring of CXO, business heads, and critical leadership roles across Group companies
- Partner with Group HR and business CEOs to define leadership talent strategy
- Build proactive pipelines for succession-critical roles
- Manage confidential and strategic search mandates
Strategic Talent Acquisition:
- Design and implement leadership hiring frameworks and assessment approaches
- Drive market mapping, competitor talent intelligence, and succession benchmarking
- Ensure strong employer positioning for senior talent across industries
- Introduce best-in-class executive hiring practices
Stakeholder & Governance:
- Act as trusted advisor to CEOs, CHRO, and business leadership teams
- Present talent insights, hiring progress, and market intelligence to senior leadership
- Ensure governance, confidentiality, and compliance in leadership hiring
- Manage executive search firms and external partners
Talent Market Intelligence:
- Track leadership talent trends across sectors relevant to the Group
- Build relationships with industry leaders and passive talent pools
- Provide insights on compensation benchmarks and talent availability
- Support leadership succession planning discussions
Team & Process Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership hiring team
- Establish structured search processes, SLAs, and quality metrics
- Drive adoption of technology and analytics in leadership hiring
- Ensure superior candidate and stakeholder experience
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 13 - 16 years experience in talent acquisition / executive search
- Significant exposure to CXO / leadership hiring
- Experience in large corporate, conglomerate, or top search firm preferred
- Strong stakeholder management at CEO / Board level
- Proven track record of closing complex senior hires
- Multi-industry exposure preferred
