Overview:

As the Head of HR for our Mumbai-based company, you will lead the HR function across multiple manufacturing facilities and a nationwide sales team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, foster a high-performance culture, and support the growth of our workforce. Your focus will be on innovative HR practices that promote employee development, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic HR Leadership:

- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives across all locations.

- Partner with executive leadership to influence organizational culture and promote a people-first approach.Provide strategic leadership advisory on people side of the business.

2. Talent Acquisition and Management:

- Oversee recruitment strategies to attract top talent across manufacturing and sales.

- Implement talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.

3. Employee Development and Engagement:

- Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance.Foster a culture of continuous feedback and employee engagement through surveys and action plans.

4. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations across all locations.

- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and support business needs. Implement HRMS in letter and spirit to provide user friendly employee experience.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

- Analyze market trends to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

6. Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive work environment. Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.

- Maintain adequate liaison with statutory government agencies at the plant locations and maintain healthy industrial relations with Union(s)

7. Performance Management:

- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that align employee objectives with company goals. Use data-driven insights to inform decisions related to workforce planning and development.

8. Diversity and Inclusion:

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

- Develop programs that support an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and employee development.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in India.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a multi-location, fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Age should not be above 47 Years
