
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Human Resources (GM HR) to lead the HR function and align it with our business strategy. The ideal candidate will drive recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, compliance, and HR operations with a strategic and hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across all levels, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Strengthen employer branding and modernize sourcing methods to attract top talent
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of performance and accountability
- Support leadership development and succession planning through structured programs
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
- Partner with senior management to align HR frameworks with long-term business goals
- Oversee HR operations including performance management, employee relations, and policy execution
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team with a focus on excellence and collaboration
- Use data and HR analytics to guide decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Competencies:
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
- Strong leadership with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Proven expertise in recruitment, talent strategy, and workforce planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and governance
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business and people priorities
- Experience in managing change and building scalable HR systems and processes
- Capability to foster a high-performance culture and lead by example
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
