Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Planning & Execution: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. - Drive organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development. - Design and execute policies for workforce planning, ensuring business continuity and talent retention. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management: - Lead the recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, job descriptions, interview processes, and onboarding. - Implement effective strategies for employee retention and career development. - Oversee manpower planning and ensure optimal resource allocation.
