Candidates from tier 1 MBA B Schools with 6 Yrs of minimum exp in HR function with over 2 Years as SME (Org effectiveness, change management, DEI, Well being etc).

Role Objective:

The job holder would be custodian of organizational effectiveness and change management, which involves improving an organization's functions by designing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals, managing change resistance, and foster employee adoption of new systems or processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for organizational development and change management to support business objectives.

Collaborate with leaders:

- Design and launch change management frameworks, tools, and programs to drive adoption of new initiatives.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of changes using key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on progress.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with change and manage internal or external resistance.

- Partner with HRBPS's (Commercial, Manufacturing, Corporate) and COE's and other departments to align policies, foster a positive culture, and ensure workforce readiness for transitions.

- How well do the processes and systems of an organization function?-

- How well does an organization is able to fulfill its objectives.

- Impact on productivity rates, efficiency levels and employee engagement.

- Organizational structure, Policies and procedures, Work environment, Company culture

Strategic thinking and problem solving:

- To be able to analyze complex situations, identify challenges and develop innovative solutions to improve organizational performance. This involves considering long-term goals, understanding the organization's mission and vision and making data-driven decisions.

Effective communication and influence:

- To collaborate with members at all levels of the organization. Clearly articulate ideas, listen actively and convey information in a concise and persuasive manner.


- Additionally, the ability to influence others and gain buy-in for initiatives is beneficial for inspiring change and implementing strategies.

- Project management and process improvement (Employee Wellness and DEI)

Employee Wellness:

- Focuses on developing and implementing strategies and programs that support employees' physical, mental, and emotional health, ultimately fostering a positive work environment and improving productivity and retention.

- Creating holistic wellness programs, assessing employee needs, building a supportive culture, promoting work-life balance through flexible arrangements, and measuring program impact to continuously improve the organization's commitment to employee well-being.

Culture Cultivation:

- Fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment by collaborating with leaders, promoting open communication, and encouraging a sense of belonging

Strategic Planning & Development:

- Designing and implementing comprehensive wellness strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on holistic well-being that includes mental, physical, and emotional health.

Needs Assessment:

- Conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand employee needs, preferences, and concerns, ensuring the wellness program is tailored to the workforce.

Program Implementation:

- Introducing and managing various initiatives such as stress management workshops, mental health support, fitness programs, financial wellness resources, and health screenings.

Diversity & Inclusion:

- Create and manage DEI action plans, including short-term and long-term initiatives. Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of D&I programs and initiatives.

- Support the design and implementation of a multi-year D&I strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals.

- Monitor D&I project performance and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.

- Work with Business and other leaders across the organization to ensure DEI priorities are integrated into the business strategy.

- Industry Benchmark against the best practices and engage with subject matter experts to uncover external gaps and emerging trends. (equity, inclusion and engagement gaps.)

- Create actionable plans with clear KPIs to drive representation, engagement, and belonging across key cohorts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA from the Tier 1 B School. Education: 6 Years+ work experience in HR function with 2years+ in change management and project management / org initiatives.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

- Essential for articulating vision, influencing stakeholders, and fostering buy-in for change initiatives.

Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:

- The ability to analyze complex situations, develop innovative solutions, and align strategies with organizational goals.

Data Analytics:

- Proficiency in collecting and interpreting data to assess organizational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Change Management Methodologies:

- Expertise in implementing frameworks for guiding organizations through complex transformations.

Project Management:

- The ability to manage large-scale projects, identify problems, and develop solutions to ensure successful implementation.
