General Manager - Human Relations
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team to align HR strategies with Companys business vision and global expansion plans.
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies across India, GCC, and North American markets.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Talent Management Development:
- Drive end to end talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding programs to attract top talent.
- Lead the design and implementation of career development frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Performance Management:
- Own the design and execution of a performance management system aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee the annual goal setting, mid year reviews, and appraisal processes.
- Design and manage competitive compensation structures and incentive programs.
HR Technology & HRMS:
- Oversee implementation, administration, and optimization of the Darwinbox HRMS platform.
- Leverage data and analytics for decision-making, workforce planning, and reporting.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Build and sustain an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
- Design and lead employee engagement initiatives, internal communication programs, and feedback mechanisms.
- Act as the custodian of Companys core values and culture across regions.
Compliance, Policy & Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations across geographies (India, UAE, KSA, USA, etc.).
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with integrity and fairness.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure efficient and scalable HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and personnel records.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
