A successful HR Transformation Specialist must have a deep understanding of HR operations, as well as a strong ability to implement changes and manage projects.
Experience with HR technology platforms and project management tools is crucial.
Role: GM HR & Administration:
The duties and responsibilities include:
- Analysing current HR processes, strategies, and systems within the organization
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions for HR transformation
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to facilitate HR transformation
- Working with HR and leadership teams to align transformation goals with overall business objectives
- Supporting the design and implementation of New HR systems and processes
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of HR transformation initiatives
- Guiding and training HR staff on new processes and technologies to ensure smooth transition
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure HR transformation projects meet the needs of the organization
- Documenting all changes and maintaining records for future reference and evaluation
- Communicating with all levels of the organization to promote understanding and adoption of new HR practices
