Location: Initially in Hyderabad and then permanently in Jaipur where the new plant is coming up Job Purpose Responsible to set up a Wood Door plant and then take care of day to day plant Operations, Establish Plant policies and procedures, and responsible for plant production goals. Establish and maintain community relations and foster a well-trained and motivated staff. Key Responsibilities - Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and Procedures. - Maintain a clean and safe plant. - Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. - Responsible for plant production goals. - Establish and maintain a positive community relationship. - Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. - Confer with department head to ensure coordination of quality, purchasing, production and shipping. - Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules. - Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff. - Conduct employee performance reviews. - Schedule and conduct plant meetings. - Responsible for the product quality control for the plant. - Attend scheduled corporate training and meetings. - Other duties as assigned. Required Experience - Experience: 15 - 23 years of Wood Manufacturing experience which includes supervisory responsibility. - Very good communication skills and advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills. - Experience in Engineering will be an advantage - Working knowledge of Wood Working, ability to hire carpenters and woodworking specialists on short notice as well as have the industry knowledge and relationships with Wood Machinery manufacturers - MS Office (particularly Excel and word) - Great interpersonal and written/ verbal communication skills - Age above 45 years. - Repo Qualifications - B. Tech / BE / Diploma
