About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head - Production to oversee day-to-day production activities across textile manufacturing units. The role will ensure smooth operations, optimal utilization of resources, and timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management

- Lead production across spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and made-ups.

- Develop and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

- Optimize machine utilization and workforce productivity.

Process Excellence

- Implement best practices in production planning and control.

- Minimize downtime, defects, and waste.

- Drive automation and digitalization in production processes.

Collaboration & Reporting

- Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain for seamless operations.

- Present production performance to leadership and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech in Textile/Mechanical/Production Engineering.

- 15-20 years of experience in textile manufacturing.

- Strong exposure to ERP/MES systems and modern production practices.

- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
