GM / Head Maintenance (Engineering & Utilities)

About the Role:
We are seeking a Head - Maintenance to lead engineering and utilities management across textile plants. The role will ensure high equipment uptime, energy efficiency, and cost-effective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Strategy
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, and utility systems across units.
- Implement TPM and reliability engineering practices.
Operations Excellence
- Minimize downtime through proactive maintenance planning.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships.
- Drive energy conservation and cost optimization projects.
Leadership & Innovation
- Lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
- Introduce digital maintenance solutions (CMMS, IoT).
- Support capex projects and plant expansions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- 15 - 20 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with textiles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of utilities (boilers, compressors, HVAC, etc.).
- Proven record of implementing TPM and automation in maintenance.
