Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans. - Analyze workforce trends and market conditions to anticipate future hiring needs. - Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. - Provide guidance on sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interviewing best practices. - Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition team. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Proven experience of11to12years in talent acquisition or recruitment, HR Operations with at least 11 to 12 years in a leadership role. - Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methodologies. - Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software. - Strategic mindset with the ability to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational objectives.
