We are hiring for a Finance Head for for a publicly listed company with a national presence, based at Kolkata.

Reports to : Regional Finance Controller

Reported by : Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, AP, Taxation, Revenue Assurance

Experience : 14+ years Post qualification

Education : CA

Knowledge Required : IGAAP, Taxation, Budgeting, Payables, Revenue accounting

Job Purpose : To Drive, develop and maintain all necessary financial controls, systems and processes to ensure efficient financial management of the Region operations in line with organizational policies and guidelines and contribute to achieving region targets in conjunction with other region Functional Heads.

KRA :

- Enhancing Financial Performance

- Ensuring Regulatory & Statutory compliances

- Recruit and develop a high performance work environment to build a capable and motivated team at departmental level

- Focus on increasing customer satisfaction

- Focus on increasing vendor satisfaction

- Timely Reporting & Ensure proper control activities in the region

- Revenue analysis and preparing necessary action plans on the same,

- Valid Payments to vendors within due date,

- Accounting for day to day activities,

- Closing books in time, Approving valid PO's

- Bank payments, Purchase Orders and WFMs within the limits of authority defined for the level

- Develop Action plans for target setting and achievement.
