Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory

Industry Preference: Real Estate or Construction

Position reports to: The Managing Director

Budget: 25-35 LPA (Negotiable, based on profile & expertise)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to head the Accounts, Finance, and Taxation function for a renowned real estate developer group headquartered in South Delhi. The role demands strategic financial oversight, compliance excellence, and leadership in managing a multi-company group structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting & Finalisation: Oversee complete accounting operations till finalisation of accounts.

- Fund Management & Financial Planning: Manage banking, treasury, and fund flow for ongoing projects.

- Taxation & Compliance: Expert handling of GST, TDS, and direct/indirect taxation matters.

- Audits: Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring statutory compliance.

- MIS & Reporting: Deliver timely MIS, financial statements, and management reports.

- Consolidation: Supervise group company accounting and consolidation.

- Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 810 professionals, fostering accuracy and accountability.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified CA with 18-20+ years of experience.

- Minimum 8-10 years in Real Estate / Construction / Industrial Manufacturing.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

- Proven ability to work directly with top management and drive financial strategy
