Role Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead financial reporting and consolidation. The role requires strong expertise in IFRS, hands-on reporting experience, and the ability to manage high-visibility Head Office deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly financial reports for Head Office, including:

P&L and Balance Sheet

Off-balance sheet items

Annexures, tax schedules, and regulatory reporting

- Drive financial consolidation and reporting processes

- Manage ad-hoc reporting requirements from senior stakeholders

- Execute controls and analytical reviews as per defined accounting control frameworks

- Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards

Candidate Profile:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) - Mandatory

- 10-16 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting

- Prior experience in Pharma / FMCG / Biotech preferred (candidates from other sectors may also be considered)

- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems and reporting tools

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
