Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and establish the FP&A function, creating robust financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting frameworks.
- Lead annual operating plans, budgeting cycles, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes to support business growth objectives.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives, investments, and key business decisions.
- Partner closely with business leaders across functions to provide financial insights, improve decision-making, and drive performance management.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive financial predictability by implementing data-driven planning processes, KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Support investor relations activities, including preparation of financial presentations, board materials, investor updates, and strategic financial analysis.
- Collaborate with accounting, operations, and business teams to ensure alignment between financial planning, reporting, and execution.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 8 - 14 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related functions.
- Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in consumer technology, startup, marketplace, platform, or high-growth business environments.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, business metrics, and performance management frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience building or scaling FP&A functions in fast-growing organizations.
- Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or board-level reporting.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial insights into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial planning tools, Excel, BI platforms, and data visualization tools
