General Manager - Financial Control & Statutory Reporting - CA

A leading listed consumer services organization is hiring a senior Financial Controller to own statutory reporting, consolidation, governance, and financial controls across India and overseas entities. The role reports directly to the CFO and leads enterprise-wide financial reporting, audits, compliance, and process automation initiatives for a complex, multi-entity structure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end statutory financial reporting and audit closure for the listed entity

- Lead consolidation of accounts including foreign subsidiaries

- Drive governance standards, internal financial controls, and risk management frameworks

- Oversee compliance across SEBI, Companies Act, and regulatory requirements

- Partner with tax, secretarial, and business teams on enterprise financial matters

- Lead automation, ERP, and reporting simplification initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in financial controllership roles

- Chartered Accountant qualification (mandatory)

- Strong exposure to listed company reporting and statutory audits

- Hands-on expertise in IND AS, IGAAP, consolidation, and financial controls

- Experience working with ERP and reporting tools (SAP preferred)

- Willingness to work full-time onsite in Mumbai
