Job Title: General Manager - Finance Shared Services

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced General manager Finance - Shared Services to lead the Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) and drive operational excellence across centralized finance processes, process transformation, automation, governance, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Shared Services operations: P2P, O2C, R2R & Master Data.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure SLA adherence, internal controls, audit, GST/TDS, and compliance.
- Lead month-end close, MIS, and service delivery across business units.
- Manage and develop large cross-functional SSC teams while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, and IT.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 15 - 20+ years in Finance/Shared Services, with 5 years leading an SSC.
- Qualification: CA Preferred.
- Strong expertise in SAP (ECC/S4 HANA), P2P, O2C, R2R, SLA/KPI management, and process transformation.
- Manufacturing, Chemical, or Pharma industry experience is preferred
