Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified Finance Manager with strong experience in international finance, financial reporting, compliance, and controllership. The role will be responsible for managing month-end close, statutory audits, tax compliance, IFRS reporting, financial controls, and process improvements across global entities, with a focus on accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead international financial reporting and month-end closing activities across global entities.

- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS and applicable local accounting standards.

- Manage statutory audits, tax compliance, and other regulatory requirements for international entities.

- Ensure effective financial controls, compliance, and accounting processes across entities.

- Support financial planning, analysis, and business performance reporting.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance finance operations and reporting efficiency.

- Partner with internal and external stakeholders on accounting, reporting, audit, tax, and compliance matters.

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial information to key stakeholders.

Required Candidate Profile:

- CA/CPA qualified.

- Strong experience in international finance and accounting.

- Experience working with UK, European, or Australian finance.

- Strong knowledge of IFRS reporting, financial reporting, tax compliance, statutory compliance, and audits.

- Experience managing finance activities across international entities.

- Good understanding of UK GAAP and/or US GAAP will be an advantage.

- Strong financial controls and financial analysis skills.

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
