- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes

- Financial reporting and audit as per US GAAP

- Product pricing, costing, margin analysis and KPI analysis

- Prepare detailed financial models for business plans, capex proposals, and new initiatives

- Track actuals vs budget/forecast and analyse variances with actionable insights

- Evaluate capex proposals, IRR/NPV analysis, and post-investment reviews

- CA qualification with 5 - 8 years experience

- Good exposure of handling FP&A and reporting in manufacturing setup

- Experience in product pricing and P&L management
