Job Title: GM Finance

Location: Hyderabad / Sangareddy (Plant Location)

Experience: 10+ Years

Role Summary :

The Finance Head will lead all finance, accounting, and compliance activities for the manufacturing plant, ensuring strong financial controls, cost optimization, and statutory compliance while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee plant-level finance, accounts, costing, and MIS reporting

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, Income Tax, audits)

- Drive cost control, working capital management, and cash flow planning

- Coordinate with corporate finance, auditors, banks, and tax consultants

- Support operational teams with financial insights and decision-making

Requirements : CA

- 10+ years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing etc

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and internal controls

- Experience handling audits, compliance, and plant costing

- Willingness to work from Sangareddy / Hyderabad plant location
