General Manager - Finance - FMCG/Retail

About the role:

We're looking for a world-class Head of Finance to join our leadership team. We need someone who can think numbers, think business, and think like a founder. This role isn't just about accounting; it's about owning the financial engine of a legacy FMCG brand marching towards its 1000Cr journey.

What you'll own as the Head of Finance:

- Financial strategy, planning & forecasting

- Cash flow & working capital management

- Monthly MIS, dashboards & real-time business visibility

- Investor reporting & fundraising support

- Internal controls, compliance, audits

- Margin improvement & cost optimization

- Automating finance systems and enabling faster decisions across teams

What success looks like:

- Books closed within 7-10 days

- Strong cash flow and runway visibility

- Improved margins & reduced leakages

- Smooth due diligence and zero compliance surprises

- A reliable "Founder Dashboard" that tells the story beyond the P&L

Requirements:

- If you've led finance at a fast-growing startup of at least 500Cr ARR (D2C, retail, FMCG, Food space), or built strong finance systems from scratch, I'd love to talk.
