Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hospitals entire finance function including accounting, budgeting, financial planning, audits, and compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hospitals business objectives.
- Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, corporate governance, and healthcare regulatory norms.
- Manage revenue cycle: billing, collections, insurance claims, TPA settlements, and receivables management.
- Monitor and optimize costs while ensuring quality healthcare delivery.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and present financial insights to the management/board.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for hospital operations and new projects.
- Handle banking, treasury management, fund flow, and working capital management.
- Partner with senior leadership for strategic planning, expansion, and new hospital projects.
- Lead and mentor the finance team ensuring timely reporting, accuracy, and compliance.
Key Requirements:
- CA / Cost Accountant (ICWA) / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years of overall finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role in hospitals/healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle management, insurance billing, and healthcare financial systems.
- Experience in handling statutory compliance, audits, and healthcare-specific financial regulations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
