Job Summary:

The position will be responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, reporting, and accounting functions of the organization. This role ensures compliance with statutory requirements, drives cost efficiency, and provides financial insights to support strategic business decisions at the Group level.

Edu. Qualification & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant

- Minimum 18-22 years of experience from a manufacturing background with at least 5 years as a head of finance & accounts.

Core working Experience required:

- Expertise in corporate finance, banking, and treasury operations.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with banks/FIs.

- Deep knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial software.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Control & Reporting:

- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and board presentations.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and corporate governance standards.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks.

Cost & Performance Management:

- Drive cost optimization initiatives across the organisation.

- Conduct variance analysis, profitability assessment, and financial modelling.

- Support operational efficiency through financial insights.

Leadership & Team Development:

- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

- Implement/upgrade ERP/financial systems to enhance automation and accuracy.

- Build a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Job Location:

- Corporate office - Okhla Industrial Area Phase - I, New Delhi

- Open to travel to the Plant - Gr. Noida once a week & as per requirement
