General Manager - Finance - Agri Business & Supply Chain Platform - CA

We are hiring a Finance Leader for an Agri-business and supply chain platform. The organization has a strong domestic presence and active operations across Europe, America, and Africa. The role is based in Delhi and has a 6 days working schedule.

Core Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end finalization of financial statements, including annual consolidated Balance Sheets across multiple domestic units and international subsidiaries.

- Act as the primary interface for Statutory and Internal Auditors to ensure robust compliance.

- Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and internal audit mechanisms to institutionalize global governance standards.

- Supervise accounting for cross-border trade, including multi-currency transactions and global tendering oversight.

- Partner with the CFO to institutionalize world-class financial governance across Indian and Global entities.

- Lead the IPO/PE readiness journey, anchoring due diligence, financial restructuring, and investor-grade reporting.

- Serve as a key delegate for the CFO in strategic planning and stakeholder management.

- Lead forex management and freight hedging strategies and other critical components of the global supply chain.

- Optimize working capital and cash flow forecasting for high-frequency trading cycles.

What we are looking for :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.

- 12+ years of post-qualification experience in Manufacturing, Agri-Business, Global Trading or Supply Chain/Logistics.

- Experience in IPO execution journey.

- Expertise in forex management, freight hedging and working capital optimization.

- Experience in ERP design and implementation.

- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to navigate the interests of promoters, global entity heads and external auditors.

- Proven ability to be hands-on and lead as well as develop the finance team.
