Role: GM / Director Marketing.

Location: Delhi.

Experience: 58 years (with strong focus on paid marketing).

Note: This is a 6 days work from office role.


About the Role


We are looking for a performance-driven marketing leader to own our growth engine across Meta, Google, and key digital channels.

This role demands deep expertise in paid marketing, funnel management, and conversion optimization.

While brand and organic experience are a plus, this role is primarily about delivering measurable ROI through digital performance campaigns.


Key Responsibilities


Performance Marketing (Core)


- Lead acquisition and growth via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid platforms.

- Own the complete digital funnel from ad creatives and targeting to conversion.

- Leverage analytics tools to monitor funnel performance and user behavior.

- Reduce website and call center drop-offs through insights and A/B testing.

- Build and manage remarketing journeys to improve LTV and retention.

- Collaborate with design, content, tech, and call center teams to improve workflows and user experience.

- Optimize ad spend efficiency and drive continuous performance improvements.


Additional (Good-to-Have) Responsibilities


Organic & Owned Channels


- Support content and SEO efforts across social media and web.

- Guide the team on GMB, YouTube, and other organic levers if needed.


Brand & Offline Presence


- Oversee creative development for campaigns.

- Collaborate on offline/store branding and communication strategies (if applicable).


What We're Looking For


- 58 years of strong experience in performance/digital marketing.

- Proven track record of managing Meta and Google campaigns with measurable ROI.

- Strong understanding of digital funnels, analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), and customer journeys.

- Hands-on approach to optimizing websites, call center funnels, and campaign workflows.

- Experience with remarketing, conversion rate optimization, and creative performance testing.

- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, tech, and operations teams.

- Data-first mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action.
