General Manager - Design - Commercial Fitouts

What Youll Own:

- Be the face of design in client pitches and project kickoffs.

- Lead end-to-end creative strategy and delivery across high-impact commercial spaces.

- Build and mentor a team of designers, architects, and visualizers.

- Ensure quality benchmarks across GFC, materiality, detailing, and budgeting.

- Partner with sales, ops, and execution to maintain budget, vision, and timelines.

- Bring in entrepreneurial energy with a razor-sharp focus on profitability and user experience.

Were Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in high-quality design for commercial or hospitality interiors.

- Commanding design leadership with client-facing presentation skills.

- Strong handle on project economics, BOQ, and budgeting.

- Hands-on with design tools and quality reviews.

- Proven record of delivering multiple projects in fast-paced environments.

- Experience in scaling a design team or function.
