- Responsible for developing & implementing compensation & benefit philosophy for all group companies - Responsible for analysis of compensation policies, and prevailing market reference pay to develop competitive compensation plan. - Direct preparation and communication of information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and employment policies. - Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees, by working with brokers and researching benefits issues. - Administer, direct, and review employee benefit programs, including the integration of benefit programs following mergers and acquisitions. - Designing pay-for-performance plans, which include guidelines for bonuses and incentive pay. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of employee grievances and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's employment policies and practices. - Prepare budgets for HR operations and hold budgetary responsibility in terms of monitoring and course correcting - Carry out job evaluation exercise, maintain classification systems and define job levels and families, in partnership with other managers. - Develop systems and tools to improve the performance management process in the organization - Responsible for driving timely closure of goal setting, reviews, rating calibration and compensation cycle - Accountable for information integrity in HRIS and evaluation of changes to be brought in online processes to improve them - Responsible for HR project management across all people processes projects
