General Manager - Civil - Textile Industry

We are searching for a General Manager Civil, for a renowned Textile Company, for their new Spinning project in Khurda, Odissa

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Management: Prepare entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing the company's strategic vision for civil construction projects.

- Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of engineers, construction managers, and other professionals.

- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments such as engineering, procurement, and design to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors, and other stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks and hazards associated with projects.

- Financial Management: Prepare Civil project budgets, costs and ensure that projects are completed within Budget.

- Quality Control: Ensuring that all construction projects meet the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures on all construction sites.

- Compliance: Ensuring that all projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during project execution.

- Reporting: Preparing and presenting periodic reports for review of Senior management and stakeholders.

Role Requirements and Qualification:

- BE Civil.

- 15-20 years of experience Civil project execution in spinning industry.
