Description: Role Summary: Responsible for driving business expansion, building strong client relationships, and executing strategic marketing and growth initiatives across India. Key Responsibilities: Market & Strategy Development: - Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. - Formulate strategic business and marketing plans for targeted regions. - Align growth initiatives with overall business objectives to enhance market presence. Business Growth & Lead Management: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through focused marketing campaigns, client interactions, and partnerships. - Convert qualified leads into long-term clients by demonstrating product value and ROI. - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth deal closure and client satisfaction. Product Positioning & Marketing: - Define clear product messaging and positioning strategies. - Create impactful marketing materials - presentations, case studies, and promotional content. - Support product launches, promotional events, and exhibitions. Partner & Channel Development: - Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and system integrators. - Drive joint marketing programs and co-selling initiatives with partners. - Ensure partner readiness through training and marketing enablement. Customer Engagement & Retention: - Engage with existing clients to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. - Develop customer success stories and referral programs. - Implement retention plans to strengthen long-term customer relationships. Performance & Reporting: - Track KPIs to measure marketing and business development outcomes. - Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and growth opportunities. - Present regular performance reports and market insights to senior leadership. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). - 1218 years of experience in Business Development / Marketing / Sales, ideally within the textile accessories or allied manufacturing sector. - Strong market understanding, especially of South Indias garment manufacturing hubs (Tirupur, Coimbatore, Chennai). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Analytical and strategic thinker with proven ability to deliver growth results. - Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented professional with leadership capabilities.
