Job Description:

Qualification : CA mandatory

Responsibilities & Requirements :

Experience in finance function covering :

- Long-term and short-term fund mobilisation, project appraisal, finalising means of financing, tying up funds, negotiating terms with lenders

- Formation of Consortium of Banks for working capital, security creation, swapping and restructuring of balance sheet/debt, credit appraisal and credit rating, price monitoring, development of systems for operations/MIS, budgeting, and reconciliation.

- Managing foreign currency exposures and accounting.

- Handling accounts and audits, ensuring internal financial controls, and managing GST compliance.

- Managing land acquisition matters.

- Handling insurance matters, including export credit insurance.
