General Manager - Accounts & Finance - Manufacturing

1. Lead the overall Accounts & Finance function across multiple group entities, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and strong financial governance.

2. Oversee preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with IND AS, Companies Act, SEBI LODR Regulations, and Stock Exchange requirements.

3. Ensure timely publication of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial results, including:

- Limited review coordination

- XBRL filings

- Related Party Transaction (RPT) disclosures

- Regulatory and stock exchange submissions

4. Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure processes across all manufacturing units and group companies.

5. Lead internal financial controls (IFC) framework implementation and strengthen accounting policies across the group.

6. Oversee plant finance operations including:

- Standard costing & variance analysis

- BOM validation and cost sheet preparation

- Product-wise profitability analysis

- Inventory valuation and control

7. Drive working capital optimization including inventory management, receivables control, payables planning, and cash flow forecasting.

8. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning aligned with business expansion and production strategies.

9. Manage treasury operations, fund allocation, and capital structuring at group level.

10. Maintain strategic relationships with banks, financial institutions, credit rating agencies, and regulatory authorities; support leadership in fund raising and interest cost optimization.

11. Oversee preparation of CMA data, project finance reports, and financial models for expansion, modernization, and capital expenditure projects.

12. Lead and coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, stock audits, secretarial audits, and regulatory inspections across entities.

13. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns including RBI FLA return, GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliances.

14. Standardize accounting systems and strengthen MIS reporting across group companies; provide analytical dashboards for management and Board decision-making.

15. Support Board and Audit Committee with financial presentations, governance updates, and compliance certifications.

16. Drive cost reduction initiatives, margin improvement strategies, and operational efficiency programs across manufacturing units.

17. Oversee fixed asset accounting, physical verification, and capital expenditure monitoring.

18. Supervise and mentor finance leadership teams across subsidiaries; build a performance-driven finance organization
