General Manager - Accounts & Finance - FMCG (Business Partner Role)

- Lead finalisation of P&L and Balance Sheet in full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including GST, Income Tax and other corporate filings.

- Oversee Monthly P&L and Daily MIS dashboards for real-time business insight and operational decision-making.

- Manage product costing, pricing, profitability and margin analysis; exposure to Activity-Based Costing (ABC) preferred.

- Drive and supervise Internal & External Audits, ensuring robust financial controls and governance.

- Oversee consolidation of financial statements across subsidiaries and seamless reporting alignment with the parent company.

- Lead company-wide budgeting, business planning, forecasting and variance analysis in alignment with strategic objectives.

- Manage banking relationships, fund-raising initiatives and working capital facilities.

- Oversee payables & receivables, credit control and working capital optimisation.

- Ensure effective cash flow planning, liquidity management and Treasury operations.

- Drive digital transformation, including ERP implementation/improvement and technology-enabled financial systems.

- Ensure legal and statutory compliance across all Indian business units, including manufacturing plants and branch operations.

Experience & Competency Requirements:

- 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience across Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Costing & Pricing, Budgeting and Business Planning, preferably within Dairy / Food Processing / FMCG sectors in small-to-mid sized listed organisations.

- Proven experience in Board-level interactions, Corporate Affairs, Investor communications and collaboration with CXOs and Promoter leadership.

- Strong exposure to ERP platforms, digital finance tools and technology-enabled financial processes.

- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling abilities, with strong business acumen and problem-solving capability.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills.

- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives with effective execution and decision-making capability.
