General Manager - Account & Finance

The Head of Finance will lead the overall financial management, ensuring strong fiscal governance, statutory compliance, and long-term financial sustainability. This role provides strategic financial leadership, supports decision-making at the senior management level, and ensures effective utilization and growth of the organization's financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting aligned with the Club's objectives.

- Ensure financial integrity, internal controls, compliance, and governance across all operations.

- Oversee preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow, fund flow, and financial models.

- Manage taxation, GST, TDS, statutory filings, audits, and liaison with regulatory authorities.

- Supervise payroll, investments, treasury, banking, insurance, and fund management activities.

- Monitor member billing, collections, vendor payments, contracts, and inventory control.

- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and consultants.

- Advise CEO, Secretary, and Finance Sub-Committee on financial strategy, risks, and growth initiatives.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.

Skillset:

- Master's degree in Finance and Professional certifications (CA, CFA)

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

- Experience in taxation, statutory filings, and audits.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations, governance, and best practices.
