A broad overview of the nature of the role can be garnered from the broad outline of the primary responsibilities shared below: Job Responsibilities - Act as Contract Manager for GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract to ensure efficient Contract management of GeM -Managed service Provider (Managed Service provider) contract as per terms and conditions of contract. - Assist and support concerned officer in charge of that contract in handling contractual matters pertaining to MSP (Managed Service provider) To Monitor a) MSP's (Managed Service provider) deliverables and its certifications from concerned domain owner in GeM. b) MSP's (Managed Service provider) payment in line with the contractual provisions. c) SLAs related to GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract with concerned domain owner in GeM. d) O&M reports of GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract and issuing directives/Show cause to contractor whenever/wherever there is any non-compliance is being observed. e) Change Management process during the execution of GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider)contract in line with contractual provisions. f) Resource replacement process including screening of resumes of MSP (Managed Service provider) replaced resources, conducting interviews (wherever required), maintaining their attendance records, NDAs, certifications records. g) Portal related compliance pertaining to various audits/certifications from various agencies and ensuring timely action on various feedbacks received. h) Portal related certifications and informing the concerned for timely renewals whenever due. i) Compliance related to subcontractors of MSP (Managed Service provider) To Ensure a) Effective implementation of GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract in totality. b) Effective Implementation of contract monitoring committee/change management or any other committee recommendations, directly or indirectly related to MSPs (Managed Service provider) contract. c) Coordination with respective domain owners for ensuring timely implementation of contract provisions. d) Reporting of any contractual issue/deviation to controlling authority/concerned domain owner and ensure resolution of such issues in time bound manner. e) Subcontracting is done by MSP within the provisions of GeM-MSP ( Managed Service provider) contract To Prepare a) Minutes of meeting of various contract monitoring committees. b) Pay-out calculations including verification of invoices with concerned domain owners related to GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract in line with contractual provisions. c) SLA reports and liquidated damage reports. d) Recovery statement for MSP (Managed Service provider). e) Directives for effective implementation of GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract. f) Checklists/reports/ppts for ensuring effective contract management as and when required by GeM management. g) RTI/Audit/PMO/or any other replies pertaining to GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract within prescribed timelines, ensuring effective implementation of any related directive. - To provide contractual opinions pertaining to GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract. - To obtain legal opinions from legal team on any legal matters pertaining to GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract. - To conduct regular meetings with internal/external stakeholders for timely resolution of contractual issues and issuing necessary directives to concerned to avoid any future issues in contract execution and implementation. - To maintain all records/documents/reports/ files related to GeM-MSP (Managed Service provider) contract in an efficient manner. - Should be able to work on multiple proposals, tenders of various size and complexity. - Any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time. Professional Qualifications: - Minimum 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling Government RFPs /Contracts/ Procurement/ Tenders related to IT and ITES projects/ Consultancy projects. - Must have a good understanding of public procurement guidelines of Government of India and good command over GFR provisions. Educational Qualifications: - Essential - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University. - Desirable - Post Graduation Degree in any discipline from a recognized University Other Preferred Skill Sets - Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills. - Capability to work in a fast-paced high growth environment. - Result oriented with high bias for action and sharp business acumen. - Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help clients progress towards their goals. - Ability to influence decision making for win-win results. - High on ownership and self-motivation. - Knowledge of MS Office [PowerPoint, word, and Excel] GeM selection committee reserves the right to relax or extend the qualifying criteria.
