Designation: Assistant Manager Department : Risk & Compliance Location : Airoli , Navi Mumbai Office Time : 12pm to 9pm / 1pm to 10pm Reporting to : Manager - Risk & Compliance Work Mode: Work from Office Duties & Responsibilities : 1. Developed and implemented country-specific policies and workflows from across location ensuring compliance with local laws and collaborating with cross-functional teams. 2. Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods considering client's needs. 3. Drafting Privacy & Security policies to protect the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Personal Information. 4. Review, investigate and escalate alerts 5. Researched and facilitated drafting of region-specific policies and workflows 6. ensuring alignment with trust and safety best practices, and identifying inconsistencies with/between company policies and laws of the United States, India including POFMA, PDP, CCPA, GDPR, and PIPEDA. 7. Coordinating and preparing contract documents. 8. Assist the team on legal aspects including document review, legal research, compliance review, fraud risk assessment, contract abstractions and regulatory compliance. 9. Conceptualized and enforced policies and global workflows to facilitate the processing of licensing reports and certificates, and to monitor contract status, collaborating with the tooling and project management teams to streamline efficiency. 10. POC for data security, privacy and legal regulations. 11. Spearhead information sessions and educate. Required Skillset : Education : LLB / LLM - Exp: 4+ years in relevant role of Contract Management , Data Privacy - Must have experience in International Law, Data Security and Privacyfcompli
