Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Target Achievement: Lead and manage sales operations for premium and luxury real estate projects, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded through strategic planning and execution.
- Strategic Sales Development: Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies specifically focused on High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), institutional investors, and luxury home buyers.
- Team Building & Performance: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performance sales team, driving exceptional results through setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regular performance reviews, and continuous coaching.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze buyer behavior, identify luxury market trends, inform pricing strategies, and monitor competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Directly engage with high-value clients and channel partners to facilitate and close large-ticket real estate transactions, nurturing long-term relationships.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with marketing, CRM, legal, and project teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales deals, documentation, and handover processes, providing an end-to-end client experience.
- Brand Representation: Represent the organization at high-profile property expos, industry events, and crucial client meetings, upholding the brand's image and values.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Generate insightful reports, dashboards, and accurate sales forecasts for management, providing critical data for strategic decision-making.
- Luxury Customer Experience: Ensure a truly personalized and exclusive customer experience throughout the sales journey, meticulously aligned with our luxury brand positioning and discerning client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Experience in building, leading, and motivating high-performance sales teams.
- Strong understanding of market research, buyer behavior, and luxury market trends.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills for large-ticket transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with HNIs, NRIs, and institutional clients.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
