Engagement Manager - CEO's Office
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Working under close guidance of CEO Office
- Lead the U.S. partner outreach and drive GTM, business development, and project acquisition under guidance of CEO office.
- Own prospecting, client presentations, and end-to-end Pre-Sales and sales
- Represent Ganit's vision and capabilities with the highest standards of integrity and quality
- Manage client expectations on solution quality and delivery outcomes
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions and solve complex problems using advanced analytics
- Deliver actionable insights that drive customer value and delight
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
- Collaborate with clients, offshore teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Challenge the status quo, manage teams, and drive superior project outcomes
Business Development:- Accomplish go-to-market and sales initiatives for strategy consulting partners, channel partners, hyperscalers, with sustained engagement with partners and procurement teams
- Explore and develop profitable growth opportunities for Ganit within existing and new client accounts
- Identify cross-pollination opportunities across accounts and subgroups to maximize portfolio value
- Act as a thought leader to ideate and implement innovative solutions for both clients and Ganit
- Collaborate with Ganit's marketing and branding teams to support strategic brand-building initiatives
- Quantify business value for clients and design win-win commercial propositions
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to manage revenues profitably and consistently achieve financial goals
- Adapt effectively to changing business priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education, Skills and experience:- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
- Graduated within the last year (not more than 1-year post-MBA) with sales exposure
- Pre-MBA experience in sales and/or technology roles
- Suitable for sales and prospecting roles
- Flexibility to work across time zones
