What we require: We want someone smart and energetic who will be capable of performing the following task- - Advising and assisting key departments on all contractual matters. - Drafting, vetting, reviewing, negotiating agreements, amendments, other legal documents including agreements for fund raising activities, loan documents, HR, procurement, marketing, operations, lease agreements and other agreements with a good understanding of risk. - Working in close co-ordination with operations, HR, Admin, Finance, Procurement/ Sourcing and other departments, external Legal Counsels - To examine and summaries customer MSA, NDA, MOU, End User Licensing Agreement, Subcontractor/Vendor Agreement etc. - To draft alternative clauses where necessary and negotiate with vendors, customers in conjunction with front end/sales teams - In depth detailed research on various legal issues/projects - Maintain updated contract database/Legal Repository and handle general administrative duties including contract bundling, filing, letters etc. - Drafting and Vetting Legal Notices and liasioning with Consultants/ legal counsels for Labour cases, Recovery of outstanding dues, Code of Civil and Criminal Procedure and appearance with them in respective courts and authorities as required - To help with registration of IPR (Trademarks) with the Registry of Trademarks, through external legal counsel - To review/improve / enhance internal policies / procedures / documentation in accordance with Legal and regulatory requirements on an ongoing basis in consultation with key stakeholders - Support the Company Secretarial department in day-to-day work - In depth knowledge of corporate laws, labour laws, legal metrology and other applicable laws What you get: - Opportunity to work with cross functional teams - Opportunity to be a part of a fastest growing company - Opportunity to learn new skills, tools, and technologies relevant to your role and industry. - Knowledge enrichment about the start-up culture, its competitors and about potential new products and services. - Working alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds and departments allows you to expand your network. - Be part of a Company which has created the category and continues to build the segment
