Functional Consultant- EmployWise  Key Roles and Responsibilities :   This role reports to the SFC. The roles and responsibilities will be bucketed into 3 main areas: Account Management, Project Management and Product Management Contribution  Project Management :   - Responsible for complete ownership of implementation and ensuring an on time and in cost 'Go Live-   - Ability to understand the customer processes and requirements and translate these into product configurations  - Assisting customers in data migration with advanced spreadsheet skills and SQL query writing for databases.  - Project management skills to ensure timely completion of planned activities and on-time account go-live  - Presentation skills to deliver user and trainer training.  Account Management :   - Ensuring customer continuity and up-selling of additional product modules.  - Advising customers to get evermore value from using EmployWise.   - Interacting with the client to help resolve issues  - Working closely with the key HR team of the customer and often even their user employees.   Product Management :   - Identify bugs, loopholes and errors in the system and suggest solutions accordingly.  - Under the guidance of the SFC, provides regular feedback to the Product Management and the product engineering teams to provide critical user experience inputs towards product development and improvement.  - Ensures continuous improvement of the tool by continuous market benchmarking and prevailing industry standards.  Education & Experience :   - Engineers with MBA preferably in HR   - Minimum 70% score in academics throughout  - At least 2 years of prior enterprise software implementation experience preferably in the HR domain or cloud/SaaS solutions  Functional Knowledge :   - Exceptional logical and analytical abilities  - Understanding of HR function. Awareness and understanding of Industry best practices in HR [Preferable but not essential]  - Good interpersonal skills to manage customer contacts  - Strong eye for detail  Interpersonal / Soft Skills :   - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convincingly articulate complex ideas  - Excellent in written and spoken english  - A team player capable of working in a collaborative manner while working in matrix operations  Salary Range: 6-7 LPA
